1. Payments

• All payments made on nammav2matrimony are non-refundable.
• You are advised to review all features and pricing details before making a purchase or recharge.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.

2. Wallet Validity

• Any recharge or wallet balance on nammav2matrimony is valid for 6 months from the date of credit.
• After 6 months, the wallet amount will automatically expire and cannot be used or refunded.

3. Cancellations

• If you choose to deactivate or delete your profile before the plan expiry date, your remaining validity or balance will not be refunded or extended.

4. Failed Transactions

• In case of a failed transaction (money debited but service not activated), the amount will be refunded automatically within 5 to 7 business days through the same payment method.
